These terms apply to repair and servicing work arranged through this website for residential customers.
Services and orders
We provide inspection, troubleshooting, servicing and repair of household mechanical and electrical equipment, including lawn mowers, domestic boilers, central heating systems and air conditioning units. An enquiry sent through this website is a request for a quotation, not a confirmed order. Work is confirmed once we have diagnosed the fault and you have accepted the quotation.
Prices and fees
Repairs are quoted per job in euro. The quotation sets out the work included and lists parts separately where a replacement is needed. Request a quote through the booking form or by email and we confirm the scope and the cost before any repair starts, so there is no charge you have not agreed to. Where a fault cannot be assessed until the equipment is seen, the price is given on application after diagnosis rather than fixed in advance.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with your quotation. We do not take payment through this website; enquiries are quotations, and no online checkout is operated here.
Where work is carried out
Equipment may be repaired on site or at our workshop depending on the machine and the fault. We confirm this with the quotation.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or change a booking by contacting us before the work begins. Where a component has already been ordered specifically for your repair, that may affect what can be cancelled — we will tell you before ordering.
Parts and outcomes
Where a component has failed, we replace it and check the rest of the machine still works as it should. We do not guarantee a specific outcome on equipment we have not inspected, and we do not offer “no fix, no fee” arrangements.
Liability
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. Our liability for any repair is limited to the work carried out and the components supplied. We are not liable for faults elsewhere in your equipment or installation that are outside the scope of the agreed repair.
Complaints
If something is not right, contact us first so we can put it right. Email info@inverterdrive.repair with the details and the booking reference if you have one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction where the service is performed. Nothing here overrides your statutory rights as a consumer.
