This notice explains how Inverter Drive Repair Limited handles the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
- When you send a repair request, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, your equipment type, the service you are asking for, your area or town, and your description of the fault.
- The site stores your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
Why we use it
We use the information you send to reply to your enquiry, to understand the equipment and the fault, and to prepare a quotation. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage is used to keep your cookie preference. Optional analytics are only used if you accept them from the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time — see the cookies page for the exact items stored.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up work, and then for a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not share your enquiry details with third parties for marketing. Information is handled by the individuals carrying out the work and by the services that host this website and deliver our email.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email info@inverterdrive.repair.
